Only money allows you to hide poor quality of education at this school. Grade 12 students ask teachers to summarize chapters so that they wouldn't have to read books and actually think, just memorize PPTs and everyone accepts that. Grade 12 students' knowledge is equivalent to Grade 8 , Grade 9 level at best, at other international schools I’ve worked at. The administration tries to please bullies if they are rich and only focuses on reputation , while teachers work 5 hours without any breaks and teach subjects they aren't qualified to teach. Teachers don’t even have their own desks and share one noisy room together with at least 10 other teachers. Foreign teachers cross Oman border to do a visa run-that's why they have so many stamps in their passports-because school proceeds their work visa while teachers already teach and not earlier, before they arrive, so teachers work while still being on a visit visa-which is illegal.

I was hired as a teacher by this school, and the management has been extremely irresponsible to me and didn’t process my work visa , they usually ask teachers to cross border and get a renewed visit visa , that’s why almost all foreign teachers have several borders stamps from Oman in their passport, but I couldn’t do it since I don’t have a British /American citizenship , so they dismissed me 😁and I lost other job offers because of them . I contacted al Ghurair group , they told me they take complaints seriously and asked me to submit all the documents, , I did (and it’s just obvious that whenever I was working with them the school hasn’t even started working on my visa ), and since then they started ignoring and blocking me , it’s not the case that tried to prove that my complaints weren’t fair or that they had anything against them , no , they just keep ignoring me , they just take advantage of the fact that it costs 10k$ in the UAE to sue them. So they can be millionaires and billionaires but they block and ignore and abuse labour rights of their non-rich employees. Mrs. NAira did say though that she was sorry 😅
